ABSTRACT
Nursing intervention classification (NIC) is an effective system in documenting nursing work, which can improve nursing quality, strengthen the standard of nursing charging, and promote nursing education and research. In addition, it can be used as a standardized nursing language to satisfy the needs of electronic computerized nursing record. The authors introduced the content of NIC, as well as the advantages found in overseas application and the status of application and research at home. Also presented are the application prospect, research approaches and advices on how to apply the NIC system in clinical practice at home.

Eczema is a common clinical inflammatory skin disease characterized by severe itching and recurrent attacks.Its etiology is complex, including a variety of internal and external factors.The main mechanism is related to the imbalance of Th2immune response, and related inflammatory factors play an important role.Epithelial-derived factor like thymic stromal lymphopoietin and interleukin-33could trigger Th2immune imbalance and promote the secretion of type inflammatory factors such as interleukin-4, interleukin-5, and interleukin-13.These inflammatory factors will further induce eosinophilic granulocytosis and IgE formation.In this paper, the research progress of mechanism of type 2related inflammatory factors in eczema were reviewed, which provided the great significance for treatment.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the surgical complications and root vascular lymph node dissection by high versus low ligation the inferior mesenteric artery (IMA) retaining left colonic artery (LCA) in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 357 cases of rectal cancer in our center from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016,were retrospectively analyzed,including 247 cases in high ligation group,110 cases of low ligation group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups [(105 ± 10)min vs.(113 ±9)min,t =0.138,P =0.092;(96 ± 21) ml vs.(99 ± 23) ml,t =0.171,P =0.118].Nor that in the incidence of anastomotic leakage between the two groups (7.3％ vs.4.5％,x2 =0.949,P =0.330).The incidence of low anterior resection syndrome in the two groups was statistically significant (21％ vs.12％,x2 =4.358,P =0.037).There was no significant difference in the total number of lymph nodes dissected between the two groups ([(14.5±4.3) vs.(13.6±3.5),t=1.851,P=0.065].Conclusion Low ligation of IMA with preservation of LCA in laparoscopic radical operation for rectal cancer provides better blood supply for proximal colon,while achieving same radical clearance of lymph nodes as with high ligation of IMA.

Objective To study the mechanism of lentinum's promotion on carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function.Methods SD rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy was established with doxorubicin hydrochloride.The rat model was divided into blank control group,carvedilol group,lentinan group,carvedilol + lentinan group.Rats in the blank control group were given 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol group were given 10 mg·kg-1of carvedilol and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the lentinan group were given 1 mg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol + lentinan group were given10 mg· kg-1 of carvedilol,1 rmg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.The heart function,irrflammatory factors and T lymphocytes were compared.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in carvedilol + lentinan group and carvedilol group were significantly higher than that in blank control group and lentinan group (P ＜ 0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).The LVEF in carvedilol + lentinan group was significantly higher than that in carvedilol group (P ＜0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P ＜0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in carvedilol + lentinan group and lentinan group were significantly lower than that in blank control group and carvedilol group (P ＜0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in C + L group were significantly lower than in lentinan group (P ＜ 0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Lentinan could significantly promote carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function through lowering down inflammatory factors and increasing T lymphocytes.

Objective To know the correlation of anxiety and pains of out-patients who had accept-ed operation and the effect of nursing intervention. Methods Divided 173 out-patients with operation in-to the intervention group(83 cases) and the control group(90 cases) randomly. Routine nursing cares was used in the control group, preoperative health education was used in the intervention group in addition. Us-ing the Me-Gill and SF-MPQ to evaluate pains between the 2 groups. Using the S-AI and the T-AI to evaluate the emotional condition between the 2 groups. Results The indexes which can indicated the pains and emotional condition in the intervention group after the health education were significant better than those of in the control group and themselves before the nursing intervention. Conclusions Preoperative pains and emotional condition should be evaluated among out-patients, and then carry out certain counter nursing measures to release patients' pain and negative emotion.
